 At Macy Realty Inc (MRI) we understand not all sellers are comfortable doing much of the detailed work required of a Flat Fee listing, which is why we also offer a Discounted Full Service Listing. We will represent you as a Full Service Agent for a $329 plus a 3.75% commission. $329 is collected upfront to cover advertising cost and the 3.75% is split between the Listing Broker (Macy Realty) and Co-op Broker (Buyer's Agent) at closing.
We NEVER charge the typical 6% commission to list and sell your home. More importantly, our services are the same as the non-discounted real estate brokers. We'll list your property in the MLS, advertise your property and negotiate the contract along with other services. Your property will also appear on Realtor.com with a 6 photo V-Tour.

When you sell your home, our Real Estate Agents will work for you as a client. You sign a contract with the agent, called a listing contract. The agent then works for you and receives an agreed upon commission once the house is sold.
In a seller/client relationship, the agent guides you throughout the real estate transaction, providing information on such issues as pricing your home, which purchase offers are fair, and how to structure a purchase contract to your advantage. It is the business of the Real Estate Agent to help you sell your home with minimum delay and to help you realize every dollar it is worth.
Although the Real Estate Agent works for you and owes you additional services, the Real Estate Agent must also treat the Buyer fairly. There is generally no contract between the Buyer and the Seller's Agent.
Today, however, many home buyers use a Buyer's Agent – a specialized Real Estate Agent who is the home buyer's client and works for the interests of the buyer. This makes it even more important for you to have an expert on your side looking out for your best interests.
